Natalie capitalized upon a rewarding opportunity to start up a Chicago office division, an expansion of a successful Michigan-based staffing firm. Having to start from scratch to build a clientele and candidate base in Chicago was a remarkable and demanding experience. This allowed her to gain additional experience in an independent environment, and utilize great discipline to exceed all goals.
Later, she joined a top-ranked and flourishing boutique staffing firm in Chicago. She worked with the sharpest and brightest staffing consultants in the Chicago-land area. As a member of this team, she recruited for the most thriving and prestigious companies in the world.
With this vast experience, Natalie is now Principal of Directions Direct Hire. Her main focus is to consistently offer client and candidate satisfaction with a fresh and unique perspective on employment services.
